Nature of the service
Compensation Guardians is an advertising and marketing service. It is not a law firm, not a cabinet d'avocats, and not a referral service, it does not practice law in any jurisdiction, and no member of its staff is acting as your attorney. The service connects people who describe a potential workers compensation claim with independent attorneys and law firms in the United States who pay to advertise with it. It is not an insurer, not a claims administrator, and not connected with any state workers compensation board or industrial commission.
